Sparkles Magical Market

Project Name:

While in between projects, I was brought in to assist with Sparkles Magical Market for roughly a week. In that time, I created a custom HDRI/skybox and created level art for the city surrounding the players' tycoon spaces (shops). The background buildings and those in the lower city were designed to adhere to concept art provided by Spinmaster. The IP is defined by thick and rounded shapes combined with bright pastel colors to bring out a cute and minimal Chibi Y2K style.

Responsibilities:

• Created Level Art for the city. This includes non-enterable buildings, trees, railings, tables, and the patterned market floor.

• Lighting pass to bring visual cohesion and atmosphere to the environment.

• Optimizing environments for mobile performance.
